Answers from Beezz - no fluff.
No. Beezz never asks for your bank login or for access to your account. What it can do - with your permission - is turn payments into ready entries for you to confirm. On Android it reads the payment notifications your bank sends. On iPhone it gets contactless Apple Pay payments only, through an automation in Shortcuts - purchases made online and in apps are not reported by Apple.
You say in one sentence what you spent - even a few things at once. Beezz splits that into separate entries with amounts, dates and categories, and all you do is confirm. Dictation is free; Plan BEEZZ adds AI that fills in the category where the Beezz dictionary did not recognize it.
Up to four - two on the free plan, four in Plan BEEZZ, where one person pays and everybody uses it. Each person has their own profile and adds entries from their own phone, while the budget and the history are shared.
Yes, and the free plan puts no cap on the number of entries - it opens the current and the previous month, two people in the budget, two recurring entries and two categories with a limit of their own. Plan BEEZZ opens the whole history together with half-yearly and yearly balances, the full monthly wrapped and the yearly one, forecasts for the rest of the month, the weekly report, payments imported from bank notifications on Android and from Apple Pay on iPhone, AI that fills in categories while you dictate, CSV export and a budget for up to four people. You see what each plan covers, and what it costs, in the app before you buy.
The yearly plan starts with 14 days free for new subscribers, and after them it turns paid and charges once for the year. It renews every year until you cancel; canceling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next charge, and access runs to the end of it. A day before the trial is over we remind you in the app. There is also a monthly plan and one-time lifetime access - those two have no trial. Payment is taken by the App Store or Google Play, and that is where you cancel the subscription too; current prices are in the app before you buy.

Today the US dollar, the euro and the Polish złoty. You set the currency once for the whole budget in settings - the change switches how amounts are displayed, it does not convert them at an exchange rate.
